seems like a quality product. ordered weeks ago, along with the accompanying BMW Motorrad R18 Day Rider Seat Set. the backrest and passenger seat arrived. website stated that the order was complete. I sent multiple emails to customer service with no response. I'm cool with the delay if the set was shipped individually from different locations. I'd just like to know if I'm out hundreds of dollars or just have a delayed shipment.
